Eating in China

I’ve learned a lot from etiquette expert William Hanson on how to behave when dining in China (so I’m prepared if I ever do go!). (Perhaps the company I’m working for at present wants to send me!)

The Chinese and beer

I’m not a beer lover myself, so I can’t understand why British beer is so popular in China.

Germany is famous for its beer. I wonder what the Chinese think about beer from German brewers? Any idea?

China and cheese

However, it is now becoming more and more popular according to this article on the BBC website.A cheese shop which opened in 2009 and which had only foreign customers in the beginning, now has more Chinese customers! And the market is expected to continue growing.
