Giving feedback around the world

Cross-cultural management expert Erin Meyer shows us how people in different countries give positive and negative feedback (link to: uk.businessinsider.com).
According to Erin, Americans give the most exaggerated, explicit and positive feedback while the Germans give much less positive feedback and more direct negative feedback.
So, before giving feedback to someone from a culture different to yours, it might be a good idea to do a bit of research and to think about how you’re going to give it.
