We all know that we should be sitting less and moving more. However, how is that possible in our day-to-day business?

Do you workout at your place of work? Or are your worried about what your colleagues and boss would think about you?

Take a look at what workplace exercise can look like. I do like the idea of going to visit your colleagues rather than sending them an email and the idea of holdling walking meetings. However I wouldn’t want to take part in a running meeting. Would you?
