You Hesitate. They Jump In. You Stay Silent. Again.

After I shared a recent Spark, a subscriber replied with this:

“This doesn’t just apply to English.
I struggle in meetings in any language.
I want to say something—but I hesitate.
And then someone else speaks up.
And I stay silent. Again.”

Oh yes, I know that moment. And so do many of my clients.

It’s not always about language. Often, it’s about confidence.

So here’s a gentle reminder:

You don’t need the perfect words.
Just one clear thought.
Shared simply. Shared anyway.

That’s how you start to be heard.

What’s one thing you wanted to say this week, but didn’t?
