When you go into court you are putting yourself in the hands of 12 people who were not smart enough to get out of jury duty. Now that sounds dangerous! 😉

You’re working in Customer Care and a customer asks you a question you can’t answer. Instead of saying, “I’ve never been asked that before”, be more positive and say something like, “That’s a great question. Let me check this out and I’ll come back to you as soon as I can”. Your customer shouldn’t mind waiting.
