Two words

Two words

showing two fingers

I often see alot written as one word instead of two. This word doesn’t exist. It should be written as follows:

There are a lot of books on the shelf.
A lot of people love Fridays!

“Please do not hesitate …

“Please do not hesitate …

Old-fashioned

… to contact me.”

This is a phrase is rather old (like the car in the picture!). I used it years ago, and you probably learned to use it, too. Perhaps you are still using it. But business language is changing fast. And today you’ll find that people are using a natural, more relaxed language.

I therefore suggest you use something like, “Please give me a call on … ” or just “Please call me on …”. Your readers will find that easier to understand, won’t they?
