Give your presentation a clear structure

Need help in organising your next presentation?

Watch this video with Alex Lyon to learn how to structure a presentation.

You’ll learn:

  • how long the introduction should take – and what you should discuss
  • what you need to cover in the body of the presentation and how much time you should take
  • how long the conclusion should take, how to structure it – and what you must say at the end.

Adding a personal touch

Imagine you want someone to do something. You might be surprised to hear that one of the best ways is to add a personal touch to your message and to make them feel as if you’re asking a favour of them.

Read about how you can use sticky notes to add that personal touch here (link to: Harvard Business Review).

Just for fun

This tongue twister looks SO easy, but try to get your tongue around it. Say the sentence out loud three times.

I needed to practise this quite a bit before it worked! 😉

“Good blood, bad blood.”
