A friend told me many years ago that shirts need to be ironed in a certain order. It’s exactly what William says, too. So here’s the order: “collar, yoke (shoulders), cuffs, sleeves, back, front left side, front right side (for these last two sections there is no right or wrong as to which front side you iron first)”.
So now you know! 😉
Caught red-handed
If you have children, you probably know what the tooth fairy is. Perhaps your child has caught you trying to take the tooth from under the pillow and replacing it with a coin?
This happened to me years ago. My child called out, “I caught you!” And while I was thinking how I was going to explain why I was putting a coin under the pillow and not the tooth fairy, my child said: “Put that money back. The tooth fairy left it for me!”. 😉

I think coming up with a narrative works really well. Oh yes, and using your imagination, too. One of my favourite sayings is, “You need to use it or you’ll lose it!”.
Another tricky question
Give this question some thought … Why do “flammable” and “inflammable” mean the same thing?
It’s true, there really is no difference. Both words mean “easily set on fire”. However, according to Grammarist, it’s better to use ‘flammable’ today.
