‘Twas the night before Christmas is a well-known poem first published anonymously in 1823—and later attributed to Clement Clarke Moore, who claimed authorship in 1837.

Isn’t it the perfect poem to read or to listen to on Christmas Eve, in preparation of the big day tomorrow?

According to urbandictionary.com kitsch is ‘melodramatic, overdone, gaudy and tacky or sentimental and folksy’.

We can’t find a better word in English so we use the German! Now isn’t that uber cool?

Just type the word ‘kitsch’ into Google and press on ‘images’, and you’ll find lots and lots of kitschy pictures!

Of course, what you find kitschy, I might even like! 😉
