Well, I’m sure I’m sweet and helpful, but I’m not sure if I’m the quiet one. I’ll have to ask members of my family!

I wonder why this guy (link to: medium.com) is tired of these words:

I can’t say that I agree with me. However, I can understand that he dislikes some of the others!

If you’d like people to see you as being more trustworthy, you need to watch your body language. So what can you do? According to rd.com, you should:

maintain eye contact
uncross your arms and legs
sit in front of your desk rather than behind it
touch a person lightly on their elbow or shoulder (I actually like doing this, but it’s not acceptable everywhere, so one needs to be very careful!)
smile and nod
keep the palms of your hands open
sit at the same level
