You’re there to connect.
To decide.
To move things forward.

That’s the job.

Not perfect sentences.
Not clever words.
Not sounding like someone else.

Just clear enough English
to do the work together.

Before you speak, ask one thing:
What do we need to decide or move today?
Then say only what helps that.

That’s already enough.
