A Better Way to Say “ASAP”

“ASAP” sounds fast – but it’s also vague.

In business emails, it can feel rushed or even a bit rude – especially in international teams.

Instead of writing: “Please send this ASAP.”

Try one of these:

  • “Could you send this by tomorrow?”
  • “Would it be possible to get this by Friday?”
  • “As soon as you can – but no stress if it takes a bit longer.”

It’s clearer. Friendlier. More human.

The result? Fewer misunderstandings. Better collaboration.

Clarity always beats speed.
