A good question

We all know how being questioned can feel threatening at times.

According to author Warren Berger, one way to raise a question diplomatically is to start by asking, “How might we …?”

For example, “How might we help employees stay productive and healthy when working from home?

Next time you want to ask a question, try the “How might we …” question, and tell me if it works.
