After Speed Networking, I always walk back into my kitchen buzzing.

Not tired.
Not drained.
Buzzing.

👉 Confidence follows action. Not the other way round.

Someone always says,
“I was nervous… but that was actually fun.”

That’s the shift.

From “Is this correct?” to “Did you understand me?”

Most professionals think confidence must come first.

It doesn’t.

You don’t think your way into calm. You speak your way into calm.

And afterwards?

Relief.

“I survived.”
“They understood me.”
“I’m not broken.”

That moment changes more than grammar ever could.

đź’¬ Quick Win:
After your next English conversation, don’t ask,
“Was that perfect?”

Ask,
“Did I stay in the conversation?”

That’s where confidence grows.
