Let’s be positive!

We’re always pleased to receive more positive messages rather than negatives ones, aren’t we? So how can we make sure that our messages are creating a positive feeling between the writer and the reader?

We just need to focus on using more positive language; to use words such as enjoy, glad, happy, like, please, sure, and thank you.
