British etiquette expert William Hanson tells us how women, who want to belong to the upper class, should dress.
- Tiaras may only be worn by married women and should never be bought, but handed down through the generations.
- A hat is never worn in the evening.
- A straw hat can be worn after Easter. Fabric hats are worn from September onwards.
- In the past it was a major crime for women to wear trousers after six o’clock.

We know that we all probably spend too much time sitting rather than standing and moving around. But what can we do standing up? We can find some nice ideas in this BBC article here.
My favourites? We could use a Segway to move around, organise stand-up meetings and stand up when speaking in front of a group.
