In 2022, I thought New Year’s resolutions had to be big.

In 2024, I learnt that success isn’t just about productivity—it’s about connection, gratitude and mental well-being.
And now, in 2025, I’m starting the year with this: the January 2025 calendar from Action for Happiness.
Each day offers a simple, meaningful action to boost well-being—like taking a new route to work (or if you work from home like I do, for your daily walk (Day 13) or connecting with neighbours (Day 29).
My favourite? Day 23: “Put away digital devices and focus on being in the moment.” In a world that never stops buzzing, this reminder feels like a breath of fresh air.
Because here’s the truth: Success isn’t about how much you do—it’s about how you feel while doing it.
