- List 3 things you would be disappointed not to achieve each day.
- Plan to be 10 minutes early for all meetings.
- Find one new thing to delegate. (I need to work on that one!)
- Have a 5-minute break now and again and do something silly or fun.
- Fill the gaps of under 15 minutes with “filler tasks” on your list (and not with distractions).
