No tie shoelaces

Getting four children dressed when they were young was quite a challenge. I thought that the velcro strap on their shoes was an absolutely great invention. The children were able to put on and take off their shoes on their own. Of course, that was a great help until the children were able to master lace-ups.

Now I’ve discovered elastic laces (link to: www.locklaces.com). We don’t need to tie our shoes any more! 😉 You might laugh. But I had a pair of shoes with laces which often came untied. Perhaps I could have given this shoe knot (link to: www.youtube.com) a try!
