Per cent or percent?

Per cent

It’s your decision whether you would like to write ‘percent’ or ‘per cent’ (as one or as two words). Writing ‘percent’ is standard American English usage, while ‘per cent’ is more common in British usage. ‘Percentage’ is always written as one word.

Whichever you choose, be consistent!
