Overcoming procrastination

When we procrastinate, we don’t do or we delay doing something that needs to be done.

Why do we do that?

It can be because we don’t like the task. Or we have too much to do. Or we don’t know where to start.

What can we do?

  • Set ourselves a deadline (it might be good to actually make a note in our calendars).
  • Give ourselves a reward once we’ve finished a task.
  • Ask a friend or colleague to help us.
