The Power of Our Breath

I learnt a powerful breathing exercise from the well-known British physician, author, television presenter and podcaster, Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, which I would like to share with you.

This breathing technique can help you calm down when you’re feeling anxious or stressed. 

Dr. Chatterjee calls it the 3-4-5 breath.

All you need to do is to breathe in for three seconds, hold your breath for four seconds, and breathe out for five seconds. 

Just do a few rounds or extend it to take five minutes, and see what it does for you.
