I love fish and chips with salt and vinegar. But in Britain it’s not so easy to find good ones. The worst ones I ate in Dublin (OK, it’s not Britain). But when you get good ones, great! And it MUST be packed into newspapers. That makes the special flavour and absorbs the fat a little bit! 😉
Yes, packed in white paper (I think it’s greaseproof paper) and newspaper (to keep the contents warm). 😉
