Want to Be More Productive? Ask Yourself These Questions

Here are some questions we can ask ourselves if we want to be more productive.

1. What is my most important task?
2. When am I the most productive?
3. What do I find most distracting?
4. Do I take enough breaks?
5. Do I ask for support when I need it?
6. Do I have long-term goals?
7. Do I have time for self-relfection?
8. Is my workspace set up for success?

I’m sure my list is not complete. Is there anything you would like to add?

  1. Hi,
I would add a bullet no. 0: What are the tasks I have to do?
    Followed by your bullet 1.
Then 1.1 . Is it important or urgent! 1.2. What is the time frame it has to be done in?
1.2. Is it me who has to do it? Can zu delegate it?
