In a job advert you read: “Looking for candidates with a wide variety of experience”.
So what does that mean? Probably that you’ll need it to replace the three people who have just left. 🙂

Hello Christine,
when I first saw this picture, I remembered a situation with my son. He only took one hand and made the “L”. It stands for “Looser”. Are you the Looser who replaces three other persons?
Second, the sign is made by a photographer, when he focuses a picture or situation. It’s like a frame to take only that part of a scene that you prefer.
Good to hear that my photo reminded you of a special situation with your son, Klaus. I hope that some of the next photos I post will bring back more happy memories! 🙂
