Why One Hour of English Per Week Isn’t Enough

Learning English for just one hour a week? That’s the fastest way to stay stuck.

I’ve coached hundreds of German professionals, and here’s the pattern I see:

  1. They book an hour of English practice.
  2. Two weeks later, they’ve forgotten everything.
  3. Life gets busy, sessions get skipped.
  4. Guilt and discouragement creep in.
  5. Confidence? 📉
  6. Progress? Zero.

The truth? Your brain needs consistent exposure to grow.

Think about it:

  • Can you learn to drive in 4 lessons?
  • Can you get fit by exercising once a week?
  • Can you master English in 52 hours per year?

The leaders I work with practise 20 minutes DAILY. They listen to podcasts while driving, read news over breakfast, and write emails in English.

Small, consistent steps. Every. Single. Day. ✨

Want real progress? Stop the once-a-week myth.

What’s your current English routine? Is it working?
