The word ‘information’ is an uncountable noun (like ‘furniture’ which we had some time ago). There isn’t a plural form of it. So you can’t say “I don’t have enough informations to make a decision”. You should say: “I don’t have enough information to make a decision”.
You also can’t say “That was an interesting information”. You can either say: “That was interesting information” or “That was an interesting piece of information”.
We know that it’s important to take breaks now and again, and that it can help us become more productive. However, it’s not always easy to take a break when we are feeling really busy. So perhaps it can help us if we have a method to follow.
The article I found on fast company.com explains four methods, which you might like to try out. My favourite is the Pomodoro method, and it really works!
