In a job advert you read: “Looking for candidates with a wide variety of experience”.
So what does that mean? Probably that you’ll need it to replace the three people who have just left. 🙂
Be positive
Use positive language. You’ll see that it’s shorter and clearer. Your reader will be thankful!
