The Strength of the Wolf

For the strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack.
Rudyard Kipling

A group (a “pack”) relies on the strength and abilities of its individual members (the “wolf”). And these individual members gain strength and support from being a part of the group.

This means that by working together and supporting each other, the group can be more powerful and effective than any of its individual members could be on their own.

Remember what Henry Ford said?

Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.
