Reports, references and recommendations
Pupils in Germany get ‘Zeugnisse’ from their schools. These are called ‘school reports’ in Britain and ‘report cards’ in the US. And an ‘Arbeitszeugnis’ from an employer is a ‘letter of reference’ or ‘letter of recommendation’.

We all know how important body language is, don’t we? This infographic shows us what the ten worst body language presentation mistakes are.
You’ve most probably been to presentations where the presenter has turned his back on the audience and avoided eye contact. Of course, it’s not easy to present in a language that is not your own and, at the same time, to observe your body language. That’s really tough. But it’s doable. It just needs a bit of practice!
