If you’re like me, you’ve always thought that the best time to take a break is in the afternoon, some time after lunch. According to this article (link to: lifehacker.com), though, the best time for a break might be in the middle of the morning.

As the writer says, it might be better to take a break “before you’ve used up your mental resources in order to refresh and actually recuperate some of those resources”.

Well, the only way to find out if it works for us is to give it a try, isn’t it? 🙂
