Workplace stress is dangerous to your health

According to a new study conducted by researchers at Stanford and Harvard, workplace stress is just as dangerous to your health as secondhand smoke.

As Geoffrey James writes in this article published on, long hours are killing us. “Working more than 40 hours a week only creates the impression that more is getting done, when in fact burned out people make bad decisions that require costly do-overs.”

Now that is food for thought!
