Ever noticed how one word just refuses to stick?

You learn it.
You repeat it.
You forget it. Again.

👉 Tiny aha.
This isn’t a memory problem.
It’s a human problem.

Some words just don’t like us back.

I’ll start.
Eichhörnchen.
That one caused me real trouble in German for a long time.

Why this matters.
Forgetting a word doesn’t mean your English is bad.
It means your brain is normal.

Your rule for today.
If one word keeps slipping away, stop fighting it.
Use another word. Or smile and keep going.

💬 Your turn.
What’s one English word you always forget?

(This is exactly what we practise in my coaching. Keeping momentum. Not chasing perfect words.)

  1. Dear Christine,
forgetting „Eichhörnchen“ doesn‘t matter at all as long as you remember „Eishörnchen“!
    (At least in Summer 😉)

Stuck on something in English? Tell me, and I might turn it into a Spark.
